The Directorate of Administration is key to the High Institute of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry (ISAE) due to its major role in contributing to the development of ISAE institute.
Vision
Our directorate has a vision of building the capacity of our staff members in order to be more productive and promoting the living conditions of our staff members. Therefore, we can’t reach such development without being in full collaboration with other departments and units operating in ISAE and other institutions or organizations.
The directorate of Administration comprises of two units :
The Unit of Human Resource Management
The Unit of Procurement
This directorate deals especially with all administrative issues of our institute mainly :
Ensuring a good management of ISAE staff members, buildings and equipment on the two campuses of Busogo and Rubirizi.
To do a regular evaluation of the output of the staff members
To develop tender board services, appropriate tools for the improvement of our internal procurement and tendering processes.
Promoting the living conditions of staff members of ISAE institute
Deployment of the qualified resources.
