    Our ICT centre.

    The ICT Office supports the administrative, teaching, and research communities by installing and maintaining effective technology. The ICT Directorate is guided by the following aims :

    - Delivering consistent, high quality service
    - Providing a stable Computing Infrastructure
    - Providing support for Teaching, Learning, and Research
    - Maintaining operational efficiency
    - Managing fiscal controls and appropriate resource

    Our mission is to enable students, and staff of ISAE to accomplish their work in a way that makes optimal use of the resources ISAE dedicates to IT. As the core IT organization in the ISAE, we are dedicated to serving the IT needs of our customers.

    The Directorate offers the following services :

    Service Desk
    ICT Directorate provides a service (help) desk, which is staffed during ISAE working hours (7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) to help you resolve any information technology-related problems, concerns, or questions.

    Networking
    Accessing the network on campus (LAN and wireless) staff or Students with their own mobile computers (with Wi-Fi) can have access for wireless services which is available at certain location in the campus

    Information Security
    ICT Directorate has developed an Enterprise Information Security Policy to ensure that ISAE’s technical resources are properly protected, that information resources are available when they are needed and that users of these resources understand their responsibilities.

    Web Services
    ICT Directorate has a responsibility of managing and overseeing activities on the ISAE website.
