The briefing and campus tour begin by the presentation of different service which the new students can contact :
• ISAE students Union,
• Vice rectorate of Academic and Research,
• Directorate of Continuing Education Services,
• Head of Department of Basic Sciences,
• Registrar Office,
• Dean of Students office.
The ISAE rector , Doctor Charles KAREMANGINGO in his welcome speech for new students , has called upon them to be careful and take responsibility through out the new academic life they have started.

There will be more time for you to do your own reading, thinking and working. You need to work hard as well ; nothing here is going to be easy, you will have to put the hours in if you want to succeed” said the Vice rector of Academic and research.

This was during a welcome day that was organized to put them to mood by introducing them to university life.

After that the heads of different services presented what services they could give to new students in their studies and their life in ISAE.
Finally with the help of lecturer the new students made the ISAE campus tour that includes/understands the classrooms, different faculties and departments, different laboratories, the Dean of students office, dispensary, library, directorate of Continuing Education, ISAE farm, ICT block, Students Union office and canteen, registrar office. This briefing and campus orientation tour for ISAE new student, the Dean of student office hope that will be beneficial to our new students and will lead then to a quick integration in their new community.
